Achievement – Describe the nominated achievement and the direct contribution that the individual, group, or team made to realize the achievement in 750 words or less. Nominee(s) Biography for Individual or Individuals on Team (not to exceed 50 words per biography) Proposed Citation – A concise (75 words or less) proposed citation that highlights specific achievements and is suitable to be read at the awards ceremony.
